What are the corporate services that ChatGPT introduced?

Since its launch in November 2022, ChatGPT has dominated the world and gained popularity. Companies are also ready to take advantage of this. In addition to Microsoft, which has invested in OpenAI, the developer of ChatGPT, companies such as Snap and Salesforce have already released ChatGPT or GPT, a language model, by integrating it in their apps or systems.

First, Bing is one of OpenAI’s biggest partners. Microsoft launched the Bing chatbot by building a model called Prometheus, integrating Bing’s search functionality with the OpenAI GPT large-scale language model. Google, which is much more popular than Bing as a search engine, has also launched a chatbot called Bard. Bing chat was also revealed to be codenamed Sydney.

Next is Duolingo. Duolingo, a language learning app, announced Duolingo Max, a paid service that uses GPT-4. Duolingo Max aims to realize customized language classes for users using AI. For example, using one function (Explain my Answer), you can explain user mistakes individually, or you can practice a conversation with AI in Ruleplay (Role Play).

In Slack, which is connected to Salesforce, AI assistant Einstein has been added. Einstein thinks about responding to messages, summarizing threads or doing research on the Internet.

Snapchat also added a chatbot, My AI. The OpenAI GPT technology adapted by Snap for Snapchat is used. MyAI is a feature only available to Snapchat Plus users who pay $3.99.

Twitter’s micro-blogging platform, Koo, has a draft function using ChatGPT. The company says it’s always looking for ways to simplify content creation and will put intellectual support in the hands of creators through ChatGPT integration.

Consulting firm Bain & Company is partnering with OpenAI to bring the technology to enterprises. The first client is Coca-Cola. The company says there will be opportunities to expand marketing through advanced AI, and plans to review ways to improve business operations and speed.

Q-Chat, a built-in ChatGPT feature, has been added to the popular Quizlet flashcard app. According to Quizlet, QChat uses the Socratic method of questioning and answering to promote critical thinking by deepening understanding and keeping learning fun and exciting. It is still free, but there is a possibility that it will be paid in the future.

Instacart announced that it would install ChatGPT in its app by the end of this year. It provides a chat function called Ask Instacart, which leads to shopping from chat. For example, if you ask how to make lemon squash, you’ll get a shopping list with a recipe.

Shopify has also incorporated ChatGPT into its shopping app. Helping users find what they want to buy while having a conversation.

Ghost, a messaging app introduced by Catch Social, is an anonymous SNS app mainly used by teenagers, and ChatGPT is also included here. It is said to be a function that allows you to ask questions to ChatGPT in a group chat.

DuckDuckGo has also launched DuckAssist, a new feature that uses an open AI model. It’s not a chatbot that can say anything like Bing, but a tool location that helps search. Sources say that ChatGPT itself blocks problematic comments that cause controversy, limited to Wikipedia and the Encyclopedia Britannica.
