“When I changed clothes to ‘Small,’ the sales quadrupled”… Thai female college student selling pancakes

A 23-year-old nursing student was wearing ‘breeding’ clothes and selling pancakes when the police were called.

The Sun, a British daily, reported on the 27th (local time) that Thai nursing student Olive Aranya Apiiso (23) had become the subject of controversy and controversy by selling pancakes in revealing clothes in Chiang Mai.

According to The Sun, Olive’s sales quadrupled when she sold pancakes at a street stall in Chiang Mai, wearing almost revealing tops.

However, some residents reported about Olive’s dressing problem, and in the end, the police personally visited the scene on the 26th and ordered, “Change your top clothes,” and “Otherwise, we will arrest you.” The controversy over Olive’s costume was also mentioned in the constituency council.

“Chiang Mai is a city of culture,” said Chang Phuak, a spokesperson for the district council’s office. The spokesperson added, “We have asked for cooperation to wear underwear and less obscene clothing.”

In response, Olive explained, “I’m sorry,” and “I put tape on important parts of the body to prevent the clothes from dripping.” He also explained, “I had to make money, and the costumes are an effort for him.”

He continued, “Customers lined up even before the store opened, and I became even more famous by sharing pictures I took with myself online.

Police, however, cautioned that “in addition to clothing, you should tie your hair, wear gloves and an apron” and “keep a distance between customers and customers while preparing food.”

Then Olive said, “I will follow all the instructions.”

Police said, “We will check in on the spot to make sure he’s following his advice.”

The pancakes sold by Olive are about 35 baht per box. However, publicly obscene acts in Thailand are punishable by a fine of 5,000 baht (about 180,000 won).
