An Egyptian football manager collapsed and died of a heart attack after his team scored a goal in the 92nd minute.
According to foreign media such as the British Mirror on the 4th (local time), Adham El-Selhadar, 53, the manager of Al Maged club in Egypt’s second division, has died.
The manager’s team, who had been drawing 0-0 with no goals scored in the match against El Zarq, scored the winning goal in 92 minutes.
When the goal was scored, the manager cheered, but was soon knocked out. The collapsing director was taken to the hospital, but eventually died. The cause of death was a heart attack.
Al Salhardar is a talented manager who has won the Egyptian League as a player. After retiring, he also led Al Ahly SC and Ismaily SC, which were ranked at the top of the Egyptian football league.
