WIU Professor to Debut by Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in London for Recording at Abbey Road Studios, presenting National Voice Competition t

MACOMB, IL – Assistant Professor of Music at West Illinois University Penelope Shumate will be a soprano sergeant for recording “Messiah” with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in London this summer.
