Woori Bank’s smartphone banking service’Woori WON Banking’ and Internet banking caused disabilities for about 2 hours at the same time, causing inconvenience to users.

According to Woori Bank, an error occurred in Woori WON Banking from 5:40 p.m. to 7:40 p.m. that day, and the connection was not made.

When you press the Woori WON banking application (app) for about 2 hours, a message saying’The information needed to start the app has not been received’ pops up and the app does not open.

In addition, during the same period of time, Internet banking also encountered an error and the transfer transaction was not made.

For this reason, customers had to use automatic teller machines (ATM) and open banking at other banks.

An official from Woori Bank said, “It seems that there was a problem with the line,” and “it has been completely recovered” about the mobile banking and internet banking errors.
