World Vision-MBC ‘World is One 2021 Concert’ to be held on the 30th

The global concert ‘World is One 2021 Concert’, co-hosted by the international relief and development NGO World Vision (Chairman Myung-hwan Cho) with MBC, will start on the 30th.

The ‘World is One 2021 Concert’, which has been gathering anticipation with a colorful lineup of K-pop stars and top artists, including a dance challenge since September, will be held on YouTube ‘MBCkpop’ and ‘it’s Live’ from 8pm on the 30th. At the concert, not only musicians, but also actors with influence at home and abroad are expected to make a surprise appearance.

Actor Park Hae-soo, who has recently been receiving a lot of attention for his ‘Squid Game’, will appear as a special presenter and deliver a speech containing a message of hope to people around the world.

Also, actress and singer Aubrey Miller, famous for her role as ‘Hannah Parker’ in the American TV series ‘Just Add Magic’, will present a cute dance challenge to unite the world with her love for K-pop.

In addition, the video of children in Kenya and Zambia, Africa, who are having a changed day through the overseas projects that World Vision is developing, will be released to add to the impression.

World Vision Chairman Cho Myung-hwan said, “I hope that it will be a time of comfort through the messages of hope and energetic performances sung by leading artists at home and abroad. With this as an opportunity, I hope that more people will join the steps of change that transcends borders in the future.”

MBC PD Choi Won-seok, who was in charge of directing the concert, said, “I am grateful to many domestic and foreign artists who sympathized with the purpose of the concert and willingly participated. Please look forward to it,” he said.
