May 27, 2023 – Reporters reported that West Texas crude oil prices closed the market on Friday, May 26, 2023, rising more than 80 cents.
The contract for West Texas Crude Oil (WTI) for delivery in July. The stock, which traded on Nymex, was up 84 cents, or 1.2%, at $72.67 a barrel. Brent crude futures rose 69 cents, or 0.9%, to settle at $76.95 a barrel.
