The IGN head family has released a video comparing the play video of the Xbox Series X version and the Xbox Series S version of the flight simulator “Microsoft Flight Simulator” that reproduces the entire earth.
At first glance, there is no difference between the Series X version and the S version, but the X version is 4K and the S version is 2K. Since the resolution differs greatly in a 4K environment, the impression will be slightly different when flying over terrain with a large amount of information such as buildings. Although there are differences in resolution, there are no differences in texture quality or frame rate, and both versions show how they fly at a stable frame rate. The quality of the graphics does not seem to be much different from the highest setting of the PC version, and it seems that you can enjoy a comfortable air travel even with the home version.
IGN JAPAN has released the Xbox Series X | S version pre-live play, so let’s refer to that as well. You can control the weather in real time, fly over London, and check how you panic lightly in total darkness. At the end of the live play, we are doing a scenic flight overlooking Mt. Fuji, which is dyed red in the morning sun.
