Xiaoyi Xu Tingkeng teaches healthy lunch boxes and a must-learn for people with rice[with 4 recipes, learn to cook with slices]-20210925-HOT PICK

The Occupational Safety and Health Bureau invited singer Xu Tingkeng and artist Ruan Xiaoyi to host a healthy cooking program “A Must-Learn Bento for People with Rice”. Four consecutive episodes demonstrated the simple and easy-to-learn “You Ying” Bento, including orange pork chop with bamboo shoots, red rice, salmon and burdock dance Quinoa don, kale soup dumplings, okra hot noodles, and Roselle citrus konjac jelly.

The dishes are flavored with pure orange juice and lemon, which can bring out the sweet and sour taste while reducing the amount of ready-made sauces, salt and sugar. Adding red rice to white rice can increase dietary fiber, lower the glycemic index of white rice, slow down the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates, and keep blood sugar levels stable.

● Salmon Burdock Maitake Mushroom Quinoa Don
