Even singer G-Dragon (GD)’s exclusive contract with YG Entertainment has ended, and there are no Big Bang members left at YG. On the 5th, YG said, “Currently, the exclusive contract with G-Dragon has ended.

He added, “When we resume music activities, we intend to negotiate additional contracts, and YG will not provide any support for this.”

In YG’s quarterly report, which was released earlier recently, G-Dragon’s name was not included in the list of singers contracted on March 31. Some speculated that G-Dragon may have left YG.

All the current members of Big Bang, except G-Dragon, have left YG. Taeyang (Dong Young-bae) left YG and joined The Black Label, a company associated with YG.

Daesung, who recently signed an exclusive contract with R&D Company, works through his dedicated team, ‘D-LABLE’. TOP, which became independent early last year, came to the recently predicted conclusion that it would leave the Big Bang.

Meanwhile, BIGBANG, who debuted in 2006 and celebrated their 18th year this year, have released countless hits such as ‘Lie’, ‘Last Farewell’, ‘Day by Day’, ‘FANTASTIC BABY’ , and ‘BANG BANG BANG’. and is known as the representative of the second generation K-pop group.

I heard that the members, focusing on G-Dragon, are directly involved in writing lyrics and composing, opening the door to ‘idol production’. Starting with TOP in 2017, G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung enlisted in the army one after the other, spending a long break of four years.

Afterwards, Seungri, who was embroiled in a sex scandal, suffered a blow when he left the team in 2019, but in April last year, he released “Still Life” and swept the music charts, showing his remaining potential.
