“Lee’s money is transferred” Nam-wook’s content test … research speed

It is known that the prosecution secured documents to support Nam-wook’s claim to support the representative election of the Democratic Party eight years ago.

The investigation targeting Lee appears to be gaining momentum, but Jeong Jin-sang, head of the political affairs coordination office of the party’s representative office, questions whether it can be used as evidence.

Attorney Nam Wook testified in the Daejang-dong case recently that he received 2.25 billion won by a sales agent named Lee before and after the 2014 local elections.

In that money, he claimed that “at least 400 million won was presented to CEO Lee Jae-myeong, who was preparing for the re-election of Seongnam Mayor at the time.”

It is known that the prosecution secured documents to support this evidence.

As proof of the content sent by Mr. Lee to Nam’s lawyer, Nam’s lawyer said, “‘Money is transferred to Lee Jae-myung’s closest aides,” and the use of the money was “Daejang-dong approved fund lobbying business and Seongnam mayor election expenses. I was to know it’s being used.”

Analysts say that the objectivity itself is very likely to be recognized as the time the document was created was the year before last September, when the suspicion of Daejang-dong was raised.

In that case, it may be evidence to support the circumstances of receiving illegal money by Lee’s closest aides, Chief Jeong Jin-sang and former Vice President of the Institute for Democracy Kim Yong.

It is known that the time and route of the delivery of the money were noted in the document, but the prosecution noted the situation at the time against Nam’s lawyer and others.

The prosecution believes that the money flowed through Kim Man-bae to Chief Jung and former Vice President Kim, and is focusing their investigative efforts on uncovering a transfer route.

However, Chief Jung’s position is that there is no evidence.

Once it is recognized that it is worth using as evidence, it can move on to the basis of proof, that is, the basis for conviction, but a strategy is to nip it in the bud entirely.

The document is a message that Nam’s lawyer heard about in the process of borrowing money, and it was already revealed during the trial in April this year, and it is argued that it is not new physical evidence.

Arrested Chief Jung refused to make a statement, but the prosecution plans to prosecute before the arrest ends on the 11th based on other characters and physical evidence.
