Court refuses temporary injunction to stop Wemix delisting
The publisher applied for a temporary injunction to block the end of transaction support for the ‘Wemix’ cryptocurrency, but the court did not accept it.
Today (7th), the Seoul Central District Court rejected Wemix’s request for an injunction to stay the delisting decision against virtual currency exchanges Upbit, Bithumb, Coinone, and Korbit.
Previously, the four exchanges decided to suspend Wemix trading after 3:00 pm
Wemics has applied for a temporary injunction to suspend the validity of the decision to delist due to the circulation of virtual assets.
