On the morning of the 21st local time, an explosion occurred at a restaurant about 1.5 km from Shenyang Railway Station.
Shenyang city authorities said four people were killed, 47 people were seriously injured, and many buildings and vehicles were damaged in the accident.
Authorities are controlling the area around the accident site and investigating the cause of the accident.
