Workshop in commemoration day… “No neglect of national heroes” “Consistency in biased ideological diplomacy”
On the occasion of the 68th Remembrance Day, the leaders of the ruling and opposition parties expressed their sympathy with one voice, while presenting messages of criticism on each other’s foreign policy.
Kim Ki-hyun, a People’s Power representative, set an edge towards the opposition at the memorial on his SNS, saying, “I will no longer ignore the memorial to the country’s heroes while begging for false peace while looking at North Korea. .”
On the other hand, Democratic Party leader Lee Jae-myung took aim at the current government, saying, “If we insist on biased ideological diplomacy that incites crises with irresponsible ‘word bombs’ and pretends to be minions of camp conflict , history is a tragedy that will repeat itself.”
