Rock Legend Yoon Do-hyun Opens Up About His Surprising Career Move on ‘You Quiz’
In a recent episode of the popular tvN entertainment program ‘You Quiz on the Block’, YB Yoon Do-hyun, known as a rock legend, and renowned Korean golfer Se-ri Pak made a special appearance.
During the show, Yoon Do-hyun shared a surprising revelation about his past. He confessed, “After being active as a band for 4 to 5 years, all the members decided to go their separate ways. At that time, I also decided to quit music and venture into the dog business because of my love for animals.”
Yoon Do-hyun further explained, “While I was in the process of learning about the dog business, I happened to catch ‘Letting You Go’, one of our hit songs, on a music program. Curiosity got the best of me, so I decided to play it again the following week. To my astonishment, it made its way up to the top 10 on the charts. Even the president of the agency persuaded me to pursue music once more.”
The rock legend also divulged that the success of ‘Letting You Go’ came after a four-year hiatus since their disbandment. The only song that gained popularity was ‘I Guess I Was in Love’, which was released during their active years.
Contrary to rumors, Yoon Do-hyun clarified, “Despite the reunion of the members, we haven’t performed together yet.”
