As it is a public sale, the proportion of special supply is high. Of the total 1125 households in S5 and S6 receiving this subscription, 110 households with multiple children, 335 households with newlyweds, 280 households with first-time households, 54 households with elderly parents, 164 other households, and 182 households for general supply. Conditions to be observed, such as the number of payments for resident savings such as housing subscription savings and subscription savings, as well as asset and income requirements, are very strict.
