Adolescents aged 12 to 18 years old can enter all facilities without a quarantine pass.

The court judged that compared to restaurants where people eat and drink, the risk in supermarkets and department stores is relatively low even if they wear a mask well.

Confusion is also expected.

Court decisions are limited to Seoul facilities only.

The quarantine pass, which was not needed when entering a mart in Seoul, is needed to enter marts in nearby Gyeonggi-do, such as Goyang and Seongnam.

The government is expected to announce a response plan soon, saying, “I am sorry for the court’s decision.”
