In KBS JOY’s ‘Ask Anything’, which aired on the 29th, a client in his 40s who runs a travel business in Okinawa appeared.

The client, who has been living in Japan for 16 years, expressed his concern, “I am the eldest son of the third generation. I have all my family in Korea, but they are asking me to come in quickly because I don’t intend to. go abroad.” Lee Su-geun sympathized, saying, “I want to live with my son. I only have one son, but I don’t see him often, so I only talk on the phone.”

Although Corona 19 has eased, it is not easy to go to Korea because I do travel business. The client explained, “There are a lot of Koreans coming to Okinawa too.” When Seo Jang-hoon asked, “Do you have anything to do when you go to Korea?”, the client was perplexed, saying, “That’s the problem. Seo Jang-hoon also nodded, saying, “It won’t be easy to give up the land you’ve built for 16 years and leave overnight.”

Seo Jang-hoon and Lee Soo-geun were surprised to hear from the production team that the client had been in Korea for over 4 years. Seo Jang-hoon pointed out, “I went four years ago. So, isn’t that what my parents do? I haven’t been to Korea too much. This is not Argentina, so I go once a year.” Compared to Argentina, Japan is far away.

The last time I went to Korea in 2019, my aunt died, so I went to the funeral home a day late, and I didn’t even go to my grandmother’s 80th party. Seo Jang-hoon said, “Isn’t that why you’re talking about this? At first, I thought my family was doing it for nothing, but it’s too much to do.”

Even the Japanese lady has never met the client’s parents. Seo Jang-hoon said, “It’s too much. You got married, but didn’t you show the married woman to your mother and father? Does it make sense that you didn’t even show your daughter’s face -in-laws to your parents when you did that in Japan?” Lee Su-geun also helped by saying, “At this point, you are doing something wrong to your wife.”

Seo Jang-hoon said, “I know I couldn’t go because I was working hard to settle down in a foreign country. There are things in life that I shouldn’t miss. I have to work as I I go on.”
