Ziro: Transfer of service to the DPEPPNF

Sapouy(AIB)-The new director of education, Sidbéninwendé Compaoré, succeeds Assata Bationo at the head of the provincial directorate of preschool, primary and non-formal education (DPEPPNF) of the province, during a ceremony of handover, September 15, 2023.

After giving the best of herself in more than 7 years at the head of the provincial directorate of preschool, primary and non-formal education of Ziro, Assata Bationo, officially left service on Friday September 15, 2023. Her collaborators , partners and friends mobilized massively at Sapouy town hall to pay him a well-deserved tribute.

All the speakers at the podium had only words of congratulations, recognition, gratitude and thanks for the work done during Assata Bationo’s 7 years in office. The staff representative of the DPEPPNF, Larba Samsungou, praised the enormous efforts made to raise the Ziro province to first place for 6 consecutive years in the Central West region, for what concerns the examination of the Certificate of Studies primary schools (CEP).

The representative of the union structures, Jacques So, praised his managerial qualities, his open-mindedness and dialogue thus facilitating a peaceful working climate for education stakeholders.

“We learned a lot alongside you,” said the representative of the constituency heads, Rosaire Bama.

Full of emotion, Director Bationo gave all the glory to God who allowed her to carry out her mission.

“There is no lone hero,” she suggested. She expressed all her gratitude and thanks to all education stakeholders, local authorities, social partners, NGOs and associations.

The brand new provincial director, Sidbéninwendé Compaoré, for his part expressed all his gratitude and recognition to his hierarchy for the trust placed in him.

After congratulating the outgoing director for the best results achieved at the head of the department, Mr. Compaoré wished to benefit from all the necessary support for the accomplishment of his mission. To do this, he invited education stakeholders to remain mobilized to consolidate and even improve the performances already achieved.

The secretary general of the province, Adams Davou, who chaired the ceremony, paid vibrant tribute to Assata Bationo and praised the fruitful collaboration she was able to maintain. He provided advice to the new provincial director and assured him of the availability of the entire administration to support him in his mission.
