A judge has ruled that Oakes Farms must amend its fraud lawsuit or face the dismissal of the case. This legal development involves the parent company of Seed to Table, a prominent grocery and dining destination located in Naples, Florida.
Oakes Farms is owned by Alfie Oakes and operates as the parent organization for the Seed to Table brand. The company manages 3,500 acres of farmland situated in Immokalee, Florida, where it cultivates more than 70 varieties of fruits and vegetables.
The company employs a vertically integrated supply chain, picking, packing, and shipping produce from its Southwest Florida farms to its retail locations within 24 hours. This operational model is the basis for the company’s freshness guarantee.
Seed to Table Operations
The flagship Seed to Table store is a 75,000 square foot facility located at 4835 Immokalee Rd in North Naples. The establishment is designed as a farmer’s market-inspired grocery store that combines traditional retail shopping with multiple dining and entertainment options.
The store offers a variety of products, including farm-fresh produce, high-quality meats and seafood, and made-from-scratch bread and pasta.
Beyond retail, the facility houses six distinct culinary outlets that provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. These include an organic cafe known as Food & Thought, as well as Sushi & Asian dining options.
The dining experience utilizes a tracker system where customers order from food stations and have their meals delivered to their tables. Full table service is available in the upstairs dining area daily from 4 PM until 10 PM.
Entertainment and Facilities
Seed to Table features four bars distributed throughout the store to accommodate visitors. These include a Beer Bar at the front of the store, a Wine Bar located near the wine department, and a Juice Bar situated next to the restaurants.
The facility also includes a full liquor bar located upstairs called Hops & Vines. The operating hours for Hops & Vines are as follows:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: Open until 12 AM
- Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday: Open until 2 AM
- Sunday: Open until 12 AM, except for the last Sunday of the month
The store hosts live music seven nights a week and schedules special events on a monthly basis. General store shopping hours are 7 AM to 10 PM from Sunday through Thursday, and 7 AM to 12 AM on Friday and Saturday.
For families, the store provides a complimentary, secure kids play area. This area is available from 9 AM to 9 PM Sunday through Thursday, and from 9 AM to 10 PM on Friday and Saturday.
