“I’ve been going to the original Maht Gaek in Plano and have been a huge fan. We finally had a chance to go to the Carrollton location and I can say that our experience was just as good as the ones we had at the OG location. The portions here are huge and most of the entrees are meant to be shared so it’s generally best to come with a group. The Galbijjim is amazing and our favorite dish. However, it’s fairly expensive and will set you back $90. The baked pork ribs with the original sauce are also a winner and a lot more affordable. Can’t go wrong with either!”

“If you’re looking for a comforting bowl of seolleongtang (ox bone soup) then this the place to go to in Carrollton! I recommend seasoning the broth to taste with salt and black pepper.
