What visitors are saying

“I loved having a digital subscription, but they have a very sneaky billing practice. They charged my card over $200 for the following year 4 days ahead of my renewal date! I had gone online to cancel my subscription and it had already been billed. I cancelled and called them but the charge went through and has yet to be refunded. I feel betrayed.”

“Building of one of world’s leading newspapers is also nice and stylish. Present infront of Port Authority NY at very busy street. It is one of the most tourist attractions though not everyone can go inside however good to know this is the place from where world 🌎 news 📰 comes out. See pics and videos for more details. Thanks 😊 🙏”

“Just another western newspaper trying to wash the image of dictators around the world when their ideologies kind of match the newspaper’s. Deplorable.”

“I'm a long time subscriber, but when I inadvertently renewed on Google, I keep getting a message that I have to subscribe to play the games, except for Wordle!”

“The New York Times is a well-known American newspaper founded in 1851. It covers a wide range of topics, including news, politics, culture, and more.”

“If this review was solely based on quality & scope of articles, it would have been much higher. It is instead greatly impacted by their unethical business practice: I was wrongfully charged for an online all-access subscription renewal, *three days* prior to our agreement date. It is unethical practice to charge a customer prior to a new agreement or the renewal date. When I first saw the charge pending, three days early, I contacted the NY Times to inform them this was in error, and that they should cancel processing the amount. I had no reply. I of course cancelled my subscription, two da”

“Hopefully they check over articles written by AI, if they use AI to write articles. Wanted to bring this to their attention in the context of a language error in one of their regular emails and found it impossible to contact them to let them know. The impression one gets is that they're too wrapped up in their own importance to care about their readers. Shame”

“Yelow Stains everywhere, Don't give them your email you will NEVER be able to unsubscribe! From the Daily onslaught of endless notifications telling you how great t hey are.”
