New Cruise Ship Set to Sail From Guangzhou Nansha in 2026

China’s second domestically built large cruise ship, Adora Flora City, has begun sea trials. The vessel is scheduled for delivery on November 6, 2026, and will operate from the Guangzhou Nansha International Cruise Home Port.
The ship is 341 meters long and contains 2,130 cabins, with a total capacity for up to 5,232 guests. It is operated by Adora Cruises and serves as the sister ship to the Adora Magic City, the first large cruise ship built domestically in China.
Itineraries and Maiden Voyage
The maiden voyage of the Adora Flora City will be a five-night sailing departing from the Guangzhou Nansha International Cruise Home Port. This inaugural trip will include calls at Hong Kong and Chan May, Vietnam.

The inaugural season will also feature a variety of other itineraries, including:
- Four- and five-night sailings to Hong Kong and Vietnam.
- An overnight sailing to Hong Kong.
- An eight-night itinerary that visits Vietnam, Malaysia, and Brunei.
Strategic Development
Adora Cruises intends to expand its presence in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through the deployment of the new vessel. The company aims to merge modern cruise travel with regional cultural elements.

Ticket sales for the Adora Flora City are scheduled to open in late May, although the specific date for the maiden voyage has not yet been announced.
