The Portland Highland Games, a longstanding celebration of Scottish heritage, moved to a new venue on June 6, 2026, citing cooler weather, expanded space, and improved logistics for attendees. The event, which traditionally took place in Portland, Oregon, was held at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Hillsboro for the first time, marking a pivotal change in its 70-year history.
