Rudy Giuliani Injured in New Hampshire Car Crash

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was seriously injured in a two-vehicle car accident in Manchester, New Hampshire, on the night of August 30, 2025.
According to New Hampshire State Police, the collision occurred just before 10 p.m. On the northbound side of Interstate 93. Both vehicles involved were heavily damaged and went into the highway median during the crash.
State Police identified the vehicles as a Ford Bronco and a Honda HR-V. Giuliani was traveling as a passenger in the Ford Bronco, which was a rental vehicle, when it was struck from behind at high speed by the Honda.
Circumstances Leading to the Crash
A spokesman for Giuliani stated that the former mayor had been flagged down by a woman who was fleeing a domestic-violence incident shortly before the accident. Giuliani assisted the woman and called 911, remaining at that scene until police arrived.
New Hampshire State Police confirmed that troopers and fire personnel were already on the southbound side of the highway managing the reported domestic-violence incident when they witnessed the two-vehicle collision on the northbound side.
Medical Status and Recovery
Following the accident, Giuliani was transported to a hospital where he was treated for a fractured vertebra.
