The Skyhawks secured victories against Purdue University and tournament host Northern Kentucky University, extending their undefeated record to for the 2026 campaign.

UTM began the day with a decisive victory over Purdue, achieving a shutout with a final score of 22-0. The Skyhawks established control early, leading 4-0 after the first quarter focused on partner stunts. They continued to build their advantage, adding four points in the second quarter with impressive pyramids and tosses. The team maintained momentum with another 4-0 quarter in jumps and tumbling, before closing out the game with a dominant 10-point performance in the team routine.
