Ukrainian⁣ Forces Reportedly Withdraw from ⁤Key donbas Town

KURAKHOVO, ⁣Ukraine -⁣ Intense fighting in eastern Ukraine has reportedly led too ‌teh withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from the strategically crucial ​town of Kurakhovo in the Donetsk region.

Julian Röpcke,an analyst ⁢with the ⁣German publication BILD,made the claim on X (formerly Twitter),stating that ⁣Ukrainian troops were forced to⁣ retreat due to a shortage of manpower.

“Once again, the Ukrainian ‌army was forced​ to leave a city due to a lack of manpower,” Röpcke wrote. “Russians now occupy Kurakhovo, whose infrastructure has⁢ largely remained intact. Ukraine will now have to bomb thousands of potential shelters from a distance…”

Röpcke’s post included a photograph purportedly showing Russian⁣ forces in control of Kurakhovo.
