• Possess a third⁤ or fourth-level degree in education or a ‌related field relevant⁣ to the​ advertised specialties. This degree must ‍be duly registered and recognized by the governing body of the Higher Education System.
• Be ⁢registered as a suitable candidate, formerly known as “eligible,” which requires successful ⁢completion of personality, reasoning, and specific knowledge evaluations‌ administered by⁣ the Ministry of ⁤Education.
