Isay Weinfeld, recognized for his contributions to Brazilian modernism, drew inspiration from the architectural legacy of Oscar Niemeyer when planning the four-level structure. The residence incorporates clean lines alongside raw materials like concrete and timber. Strategic architectural elements such as overhangs and pergolas serve as brise-soleil to provide shade and comfort across the seasons.
