A total of 114 students donated blood, including 70‍ first-time donors.Martin Klug, chairman of the DRK local‍ association ​Künzell and organizer of the‌ campaign, emphasized the importance of blood donation.”Blood donation saves lives because blood cannot be artificially produced,” Klug said. “Patients and injuries are dependent on the willingness to donate blood.”

Klug and Nadja Hartung recognized ⁢the student ⁤organizers from⁤ each school for their efforts ⁤in supporting the ABI fund. Gratitude was also extended to the Marianum school management and medical service for their support.
