2024 EVLS Prague Pro Results: Winners & Highlights from the Bodybuilding Showdown
The 2024 EVLS Prague Pro occurred on November 16-17 in the Czech Republic. Seven bodybuilding divisions competed for spots in the 2025 Mr. Olympia: Men’s 212 Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Open, Men’s Physique, Bikini, Figure, and Wellness.
Last year, Samson Dauda won the Prague Pro, setting the stage for his victory at Mr. Olympia against Hadi Choopan and Derek Lunsford. Dauda did not compete this year, allowing others a chance at the title.
This year’s lineup was strong. Six-time Classic Physique Olympia champion Chris Bumstead made the surprising choice to compete in the Men’s Open. Other top contenders included Marcello De Angelis (Horse MD) and two-time 212 Olympia champion Shaun Clarida.

2024 EVLS Prague Pro Results
Men’s Open Bodybuilding
The Men’s Open featured an intense competition. Prejudging showed Chris Bumstead as a serious contender. Many thought he lacked the size to match Martin Fitzwater, but he proved them wrong. Bumstead displayed strong poses, especially from the front and side, despite limited preparation time.
Martin Fitzwater, fresh from a fourth-place finish at Mr. Olympia, impressed with his back and abs. His conditioning surpassed his previous performance. This event was close, making it difficult to choose a winner. Ultimately, Fitzwater claimed first place, while Bumstead secured second, reaffirming his retirement from the sport. Shaun Clarida took third place, showing an improved physique.

Men’s 212 Bodybuilding
Ahmad Ashkanani stood out in the Men’s 212 division. After placing ninth at Mr. Olympia, he aimed to prove himself. His well-defined legs and powerful back caught the judges’ attention.
Tomáš Tabačiar also posed a strong challenge. His impressive chest and rear shots made him a fierce competitor. Ashkanani ultimately won the title, while Tabačiar and Alexandru Vasile placed second and third, respectively.

Classic Physique
Richard Nagy impressed judges with his symmetry and muscular arms. He showcased his strength throughout the competition. Recently, he won at the 2024 Romania Muscle Fest Pro.
Emanuele Ricotti also performed well, with powerful proportions and smooth transitions. However, Nagy claimed the title, while Ricotti and Jasiu Schwarzenegger finished second and third.
