2024 Treasure Cruise Sweepstakes – Official Rules

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who live in the WABC-TV Designated Market Area and are at least 18 years old. The DMA includes parts of Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

You are not eligible if you or someone in your immediate family has worked for the Sponsor, Disney, or other related parties in the last six months. Additionally, if you won a prize from the Sponsor in the past 90 days, you cannot enter.

How to Enter

Enter the Sweepstakes from November 19, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. ET until December 1, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Go to abc7ny.com/contests, find the “Promotions” section, and click on the Sweepstakes image. Fill out the entry form and agree to the rules to submit your entry.

You can enter only once during the Entry Period. Your entry belongs to the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Winner Selection and Notification

A random drawing will select one potential winner. They will be contacted via the phone number or email provided in the entry form. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification and complete required documents. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize

One Grand Prize includes:

  • Four roundtrip economy airfares to Orlando (if applicable).
  • One night in a standard hotel room for up to four people at a Walt Disney World Resort.
  • Ground transportation for up to four people from Orlando International Airport to the hotel and Port Canaveral.
  • A seven-night cruise on the Disney Treasure for up to four people.

The total value is approximately $14,369.12. The actual prize value may vary.

Travel must be booked at least 45 days in advance and must occur between January 5, 2025, and January 4, 2026. If not used by January 4, 2026, the prize will be forfeited.

Exclusions

The prize does not cover extras like shore excursions, insurance, laundry, or alcoholic beverages. Travel details cannot be altered once booked.

Releases

By entering, participants agree to the official rules. They release the Sponsor and its partners from any liability related to the Sweepstakes.

Winners allow the use of their name and image in promotions without further compensation.

Miscellaneous

These rules are void where prohibited. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify individuals for tampering with the entry process.
