Judge, Ohtani Lead 2025 MLB All-Star Game Voting

New York Yankees’ Aaron Judge‌ and Los Angeles Dodgers’ Shohei Ohtani are early front-runners in⁤ the 2025 MLB ​all-Star Game voting.Both are also considered MVP contenders.

Judge currently leads all players⁤ with ⁣1,568,527 votes.⁤ Ohtani tops the National League ⁢with 1,398,771 votes. The ‍initial‌ voting round continues through June 26. The top⁤ players⁤ will then face off in a runoff to⁤ determine the starters for⁢ the⁣ July 15 game ​in⁢ Atlanta.

Judge is on ‌track to become the first repeat top vote-getter as Alex Rodriguez‌ in 2007-08. he holds a ⁢meaningful lead over Seattle Mariners catcher‍ Cal ⁤Raleigh, who‍ has ‌1,043,168 ⁤votes.

Ohtani’s lead in the NL is‍ also significant, with about⁢ 262,000 more votes than his⁢ Dodgers teammate Freddie Freeman. Chicago Cubs outfielder Pete Crow-Armstrong currently holds third‍ place in⁣ the NL voting.

A recent trade involving ‍Rafael Devers ​also impacted the All-Star voting landscape.⁢ Devers,now with the ​San Francisco​ Giants,moved ahead of Chicago’s Seiya Suzuki for ⁣the second spot in the NL designated hitter ballot,trailing only Ohtani.

judge and Raleigh‍ are the only two AL players with ⁤over a million​ votes.‌ Francisco Lindor of the New York Mets joins ‍Ohtani,Freeman,and Crow-Armstrong ⁣as the NL ​stars exceeding that mark.
