Broadway’s Biggest Season Celebrated at Tony Awards
Broadway is set to celebrate a blockbuster season at the Tony Awards, hosted by cynthia Erivo and broadcast on CBS and Paramount+. The 2024-2025 season saw a record $1.9 billion in revenue, signaling a strong recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
this year, the buzz surrounds plays featuring A-list talent. George Clooney (“Good Night, and Good Luck”), Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal (“Othello”), Sarah Snook (“The Picture of Dorian Gray”), and Kieran Culkin and Bob Odenkirk (“Glengarry Glen Ross”) are among the stars who graced the stage.
