The 2025 VMAs are shaping up to be an unforgettable night, and not just as Lady Gaga, alex warren, and Sabrina Carpenter are slated to perform.This year, Paramount is pulling out all the stops, broadcasting the show on CBS for the first time and securing an NFL lead-in with the Green Bay Packers facing off against the Detroit Lions on September 7th. Hosted by the legendary LL Cool J,the VMAs promise a spectacle of music and entertainment.But here’s the twist: while the artists will undoubtedly shine, the brands are poised to steal the show.
Paramount has orchestrated a symphony of partnerships, lining up 30 advertisers (19 of whom are new), eight custom marketing partners, and a staggering 145 unique pieces of branded content across its platforms. This year’s show will feature a whopping 11 minutes and 15 seconds of in-show branded content, a significant increase from the 8 minutes in 2024.
