Ford Motor Co. is tapping into nostalgia with the 2026 Mustang FX package, unveiled Saturday. The package gives a nod to the third-generation Mustang, known as the Fox body Mustang among enthusiasts for its 1980s and 1990s styling.
The new package includes two 19-inch wheel designs. The standard wheel is a modern take on the existing split-five spoke design. The Performance package offers a style inspired by the Fox body design. Both come in an Oxford White finish and feature center caps with the Mustang GT wordmark in a unique font.
The 2026 model year also introduces Adriatic Blue Metallic,a new color inspired by the teal paint of the Fox body Mustang. Orange Fury Metallic Tricoat is also making a comeback for the first time since 2019. these colors will be available across the Mustang lineup.
