The Mortgage⁢ Credit committee authorized the acquisition of 17 homes, approved one urbanized land parcel,​ sanctioned two remodeling or betterment projects for existing properties, and ⁤greenlit one construction‌ loan‍ for ⁢building on personal land. The total‌ value of these approvals amounts ​to 27,654,593 ‍pesos.

The agency facilitates co-ownership arrangements, allowing spouses, direct ascendants/descendants, ⁢and first-degree collateral relatives⁤ to combine their credits, potentially reaching ‍up to 3 million pesos.
