The Cairo Security Directorate received a report from the police at 12 noon yesterday, stating that a 6-story property in Ard El Golf had collapsed, damaging 5 vehicles.
Civil defense personnel, ambulance teams, and police rushed to the scene, discovering that the property had collapsed, trapping several residents and workers inside.
Civil defense forces successfully rescued two injured elderly individuals, a man and a woman, from under the rubble of the property.
A Red Crescent team arrived to assist in the rescue efforts, providing critical support to the injured.
The Public Prosecution initiated an investigation into the incident, working to determine the cause of the collapse.
