Southeast Net, November 13 (Education Omni Media Center Reporter Huang Shuosi) The Ministry of Education recently announced the results of the 16th Soong Ching Ling Scholarship, and 36 students from Fujian Province were on the list.

It is understood that the Soong Ching Ling Scholarship was established in 1994 and is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Education, China Welfare Institute and China Soong Ching Ling Foundation. It is the only national scholarship in the compulsory education stage in my country.

This scholarship is awarded every two years to students in the fourth grade of primary school to the third grade of junior high school in the compulsory education stage. It aims to promote Soong Ching Ling’s patriotism spirit, set an example for outstanding children, and promote and guide the majority of primary and secondary school students to grow into moral leaders.
