New Location in Porta Vittoria District
Virgin Active italia has announced plans to open a new fitness club in milan’s Porta Vittoria district. The facility will be located within a residential complex bordered by Via Cena,Via Cervignano,Via monte Ortigara,and Viale Umbria,with an anticipated opening date in early 2026.
The new club is categorized as “Premium Plus” and will feature state-of-the-art isotonic and cardio equipment. It will also include a dedicated weight training area and specialized studios for a variety of fitness disciplines, including dynamic group classes, Pilates with reformer machines, mind-body practices, and high-intensity strength training.
Beyond traditional fitness spaces, the club will offer a comprehensive wellness area complete with a sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool, and sensory showers. Catering services and co-working spaces will also be available to members.
Economic Impact and Job Creation
the opening of the Milan Porta Vittoria location is expected to generate approximately 50 new jobs. These positions will encompass roles for fitness instructors, personal trainers, service staff, and department managers.
This expansion will bring Virgin Active Italia’s total number of clubs in Milan to 15, solidifying its presence in a key market.
