Celebrating 50 years in Gabon is a significant milestone for Nestlé. This represents half a century of dedication to providing high-quality, affordable, and accessible products, and to contributing to the well-being of our users.
Evolution of Nestlé Gabon Over the Past 50 Years
Over the past five decades, Nestlé Gabon has grown from a small operation to a leading company in the food and beverage sector, with 7 product brands, including NIDO, NESCAFÉ, CERELAC, and MAGGI. We have continuously adapted to the changing needs of our users, introduced innovative products, and maintained high standards of quality and safety.
Key Achievements and Milestones
Among our main achievements, we have introduced products enriched with essential micronutrients to combat nutritional deficiencies, especially iron. We have also made efforts to promote sustainable practices, transforming our packaging to be recyclable. Our community engagement initiatives, particularly in nutrition education, have raised awareness among thousands of individuals and families.
50th Anniversary Celebrations in September 2024
We have planned a series of events throughout September to mark this historic occasion. These include community action programmes, employee recognition events, and special promotions for our users.
