Wildcard Alliance, known for titles like “Words With Friends” and “Lucky’s Tale,” along with its sister company Thousands, announced a $9 million joint fundraising round. The investment, co-led by Arbitrum Gaming Ventures and Paradigm, will fuel the development of their integrated product ecosystem and the upcoming game, Wildcard.
The McKinney, Texas-based companies, led by co-CEOs paul and Katy Drake Bettner, have secured $6.5 million to date and anticipate closing the remaining funding within 60 days. This new capital builds upon a previous $46 million Series A round from 2022.
