Sweetgreen, the salad and grain bowl chain that started in 2007, has launched its newest location in Santa Clara, CA. The restaurant, the 13th in Northern California, is located in Santa Clara Square, near Highway 101 and Levi’s Stadium.
The new Sweetgreen offers seating for 30 inside and 20 outside. The restaurant specializes in made-from-scratch meals, with new menu items including KBBQ Steak bowls and plates featuring cucumber kimchi, spicy broccoli, and apple kimchi sauce. Popular choices include Caramelized Steak and Miso salmon plates, along with Harvest and Crispy Rice bowls.
To celebrate the opening, Sweetgreen donated a meal to Hunger at Home, a santa Clara County nonprofit, for every meal purchased on opening day. This initiative underscores the company’s commitment to supporting the local community while providing fresh, healthy food options.
