Oviedo City Council Recognizes⁤ Veterans’ Association

On January 12,⁤ 2026, the mayor of Oviedo, Alfredo Canteli, presented the standard‌ (Guión) of the Royal ⁣Brotherhood of Veterans of the Civil Guard and Armed⁤ Forces of⁤ Asturias to the organization’s president, retired Colonel Fermín Olay, during a ceremony at the oviedo⁣ City Hall.
