US president Donald Trump is considering whether to take action against Iran, where anti-government protests have been suppressed by force.
Donald Trump, in his statement at the White House on January 14, said that they were informed that “executions in Iran have stopped and there are no plans to execute protesters.”
In response to a journalist’s question, Trump stated that those who said these were “very significant sources on the other side” and that he hoped the news was true.

Iranian Foreign Minister Arakchi: ‘Execution is out of the question’
Speaking to American Fox News Television, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Arakchi warned Trump, saying, “Do not repeat the mistake you made in June last year.”
“You know, if you repeat a failed experience, you will get the same result,” Abbas Arakchi said.
Araqchi also touched upon the news that a 26-year-old man was sentenced to death in Iran and said that ”execution is out of the question” and “there will be no execution today or tomorrow.”
