Eugene Levy Pays Tribute to Catherine O’Hara: ‘I Will Miss Her

Eugene Levy Mourns catherine O’Hara After Her death

Eugene Levy remembered his friend and frequent collaborator Catherine⁤ O’Hara following news ‌of her death on Friday.

“Words seem inadequate to express the loss I ​feel today. I had the honour of ‌knowing and working ⁣with ‍the great Catherine O’Hara for over fifty years,” Levy said ‌in a statement to Rolling Stone.

Levy and O’Hara’s careers intertwined for decades. They began performing together on‍ the ⁢Second City stage, ‌continued with SCTV, collaborated on films with Chris Guest, and starred together for⁣ six​ seasons on Schitt’s Creek. “From our ‌beginnings on the Second ⁤City⁤ stage, to SCTV, to the movies we did with‌ Chris Guest, to our six glorious‌ years on‍ Schitt’s Creek, I cherished our working​ relationship, but most ​of all⁤ our friendship. And I⁣ will miss⁤ her,” Levy stated. He ‌extended ⁤his condolences to O’Hara’s family, including her husband Bo Welch and their sons ⁤Matthew and Luke.
