The outing comes just days after Nacua publicly expressed interest in actress Sydney Sweeney, 28, on X (formerly Twitter). On January 30, Nacua reposted a quote from Sweeney regarding what she seeks in a partner – specifically, someone willing to go skydiving – and wrote, “Love skydiving.” Sweeney has not publicly responded to Nacua’s post.
Nacua and Stocking’s dinner date has led to a flurry of speculation, with some wondering if it’s a genuine connection, a friendly outing, or a strategic move. Nacua himself appeared to downplay the possibility of a skydiving date with Sweeney, telling The California Post on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, “I have an actual fear of heights.”
