Nick Schulman Wins PGT Mixed Games Series Event #4 for $235K

Poker Hall of Famer Nick Schulman continues to cement his legacy as one of the game’s all-time greats, adding another prestigious title to his already impressive resume. The 41-year-old, known both for his skill at the table and his engaging commentary for PokerGO, took down PGT Mixed Games Series Event #4: $10,200 8-Game on Saturday, February 8, 2026, earning $235,200.

Schulman’s victory is particularly noteworthy given his recent induction into the Poker Hall of Fame last summer. The win underscores why he was considered a “slam dunk” inductee, demonstrating a continued ability to compete and win at the highest levels of the game. He bested a field of 84 entrants at the PokerGO Studio on the Las Vegas Strip, navigating a challenging lineup of skilled mixed game players.

A Tough Final Table

The final table proved to be a battleground of seasoned professionals. Jesse Klein was the first to fall, finishing seventh and taking home $33,600. Walter Chambers followed in sixth place, earning $42,000. Scott Seiver, a leading candidate for the 2026 Poker Hall of Fame himself, secured fifth place for $58,800. Nicolas Milgrom, who entered the final day as the chip leader, finished fourth, collecting $79,800.

With only three players remaining, each was guaranteed a six-figure payout. Schulman entered three-handed play against Dzmitry Urbanovich and Qinghai Pan with a slight chip advantage, but quickly extended his lead to control over 60% of the chips in play.

The Final Hands

The decisive moment came when Urbanovich moved all-in during a no-limit hold’em hand with Ax9x, only to be called by Schulman holding AxQx. Schulman’s higher pair held, eliminating Urbanovich in third place for $109,200.

Heads-up play pitted Schulman against Qinghai Pan, who began at a significant chip disadvantage. The final hand unfolded in Omaha Hi-Lo, with Pan going all-in on the turn holding QdQc7h5h. Schulman called with Ks5c3c2d. The river brought a Kd, completing Schulman’s hand and securing his eighth PGT title.

Pan received $151,200 for his second-place finish. Schulman’s total live tournament earnings now exceed $25.4 million, according to The Hendon Mob database.

This victory marks Schulman’s eighth title on the PGT (PokerGo Tour), placing him among poker legends like Jeremy Ausmus and Justin Bonomo in terms of PGT title wins. He joins Chino Rheem, Justin Liberto, and Ryan Hoenig as event winners in the ongoing PGT Mixed Games series. Event #5, a $15,200 Big Bet Mix event, commenced on Saturday, February 8th, continuing the high-stakes action at the PokerGO Studio.

Schulman’s win is a testament to his versatility and mastery of mixed games, a discipline requiring a deep understanding of multiple poker variants. His continued success solidifies his position as a dominant force in the poker world and a captivating figure for fans of the game.
