Influencer Isabel Raad, 31, has purchased a luxury villa in Dubai for 43 million kroner (approximately $4.1 million USD), she confirmed on Snapchat Sunday evening.
“I just got the villa. I can’t breathe. Oh my god,” Raad said in the video she shared with her followers, according to reporting from Se og Hør.
The purchase comes after Raad reportedly placed a bid on what she called her “dream villa” in the desert city two days prior.
Raad has resided in the United Arab Emirates since autumn 2023. Earlier in 2025, she announced plans to move into a new apartment in Dubai, but now appears to be preparing for another move.
Raad first gained prominence after appearing on the reality television show “Paradise Hotel” in 2015 and has since become one of Norway’s most successful influencers. She regularly shares glimpses of her lavish lifestyle in Dubai, showcasing expensive designer clothing and upscale dining experiences.
In 2024, Raad detailed the costs of a birthday trip to the Maldives, totaling 133,000 kroner (approximately $12,600 USD).
“I live a very special life. To share my life and to earn money by sharing my life online is a very special phenomenon,” she explained to her 350,000 Snapchat followers.
Raad reportedly told followers she works hard to maintain her lifestyle in Dubai, spending 75,000 kroner (approximately $7,100 USD) per month, according to Nettavisen. She stated that despite the expense, she finds it “worth it.”
Raad moved to Dubai in September 2023, citing a large network of friends and family as a key reason for the relocation. She also expressed her love for the warm climate, stating she enjoys waking up to sunshine every day. She continues to travel back to Norway for work commitments, including her involvement with “Girls of Oslo.”
Raad emphasized that her move to Dubai was not simply for leisure, stating, “I moved to Dubai to work hard.”
