A dog that runs every day

I started running in August. I used to work out at the local gym every day, but as the weather got better, I started going out and running.

A month has passed in an instant. Every night when I go out, it feels like autumn is coming, it’s cool and quiet, and the only thing you can hear is the sound of breathing.

I am very lucky to have a lake park nearby. It is also a place where I often take Joy for walks when the weather is nice.

Since summer came, I haven’t been able to go to the lake. Because once I go around it, I have to go all the way around. So I couldn’t even think about it.

After seeing the deep sunset, I look forward to exercising every day. Perhaps the last day of August was happy and enjoyable.

When I run around the lakeside park, I come across people exercising and I think these people are really amazing.

Everyone thinks in their head that they should exercise today, but I know that not many people actually do it.

Maybe I’ve been lazy for a while. I should try to run harder from now on.

I’m already looking forward to tomorrow’s run.

There is a feeling I get every day when I exercise. I want to spend my day without regrets.

I believe that if I enjoy today, it will give me the strength to wake up tomorrow and the day after.

So, I have to live every day without regrets. I feel that doing something consistently is not an easy task.

I think that if I start dieting and do it because I enjoy it and am not restricted by my weight, I will succeed in losing weight before I know it.

In my 20s, I think I ate less or starved rather than exercising. I think I just didn’t like exercising even though it wasn’t a healthy diet.

After you reach your 30s, physical strength is absolutely necessary. You can’t starve yourself. So, if you don’t exercise, you can’t survive.

I think it’s good to take up one sport you like as a hobby. Even more so as you get older.

I want to keep running even as I get older. As long as I can.

When I walk with Joy, my exercise time gets longer. If I were alone, I would listen to music while running.

If you have Joy, you will be able to fit in with Joy. Joy has strong legs that love to walk and exercise.

It means that you are living younger than your age. If you don’t move around because you are old and just lie down all day, not only will your muscles decrease,

You may be feeling low on energy. Joy’s energy may come from getting some sunlight every day and getting some exercise.

Not only Joy, but also people need to be constantly moving and always busy. That will give you energy.

Since there are a lot of people exercising at the lake, there are a lot of people walking their dogs. It definitely seems like more people are coming out now that the weather is getting better.

I tend to walk at a fast pace, and when I do, I often walk while holding my partner like this. That’s why people passing by always say things like,

“You must be so lucky. You get to walk around the lake with your sister holding you.” Actually, this isn’t a fact, but rather “My dog ​​is always at home, I’m really jealous of you.”

If you have to stay home all day, you shouldn’t raise a dog. In fact, it’s not the dog’s fault that people raise dogs because they’re lonely.

I really hope that people who are really busy don’t raise dogs. There are many people who take good care of their dogs and take them for walks even though they are busy.

I want to say that I hope you take responsibility, because I’ve seen many people who aren’t like that.

Puppies don’t just need a good home, good food, and good toys; they want a good guardian and someone who can share the little things in life with them every day.

People don’t seem to realize that maybe this is the best gift ever.

I made a donation in Joy’s name a few days ago. Yesterday, I saw a movie called Luck, and there was a story there.

I said that I want to live my life doing a lot of good things in my name. I also think that I should do something good at least once a year.

I am willing to do anything that helps others, whether it is big or small. I have knitted and sent them to an animal shelter.

I’ve sent a bunch of towels, donated food and snacks, and I’ve always tried to get involved in good causes.

The reason I live is to do good deeds and spread my goodness far and wide, believing that it will come back to me someday.

And it was worth it to donate in Joy’s name instead of my own. I like to get absorbed in something and see it through to the end.

Especially if it’s a promise to yourself! And I think when I keep it, my self-esteem and my sense of self-worth as a person shines.

I too would like to grow old while doing many good things in my name.

Some days are good and some days are bad, but that doesn’t mean you should stop running.

Rather, when I sweat while running, my worries and concerns often just disappear. I think it’s because I tend to get my energy from outside sources.

So, whether I feel good or bad, I always have to go out to get energy so I can start tomorrow.

When I put on my sneakers and run like crazy, my heart rate goes up ridiculously, but it feels so thrilling. That’s why I can’t stop.

Tomorrow and the day after, I will still be running.

I’m even happier when I get to run with Joy. I hope every day is with you, and let’s run hard together tomorrow too!
